80’s Blue Belted Dress by Country Miss st louis tummy control mesh panelNew with tags vintage dress from the early 1980's. Medium blue with white accents and top stitching. Fabric is 50 50 polyester and rayon but has the feel of a durable heavy cotton. Buttons completely up the front with 7 large white buttons, short sleeves. Each side has a large cuffed patch pocket embellished with a single white button. Top stitching runs up the front and around each pocket. There is an un attached wide white belt. New old stock still
