70’s Brown Wide Brin Velvet Hat 70's fashion Handmade of copper metal and1970s wide brim hat. High sheen brown velvet body much like a panned velvet. Seamed deep crown with a top stitched flaring brim. Riding on the front is a twisted wired rust colored ornament.
