Inviniti Pinot Gris 2024 2008 crushed and macerated for 12The grapes for this wine are from our Wairau Valley vineyards. This wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that we tasted in the vineyard. After gently pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain the fresh aromatics and stonefruit flavours.
