The short sleeve jacket is fabricated from a thick khaki cotton, with silver and navy blue embroidered Technical Sergeant rank insignia sewn in place on both sleeves, the left sleeve with four snaps sewn in place between the shoulder seam and the insignia. The front has two pockets sewn in place, one on each breast, each pocket incorporating a fold over flap with a reinforced
