This unique cacao variety was almost extinct when their Bean Team discovered it in Peru. The beans are grown in the foothills of the Plura Valley. This intense 75% chocolate has a vibrant, fruity flavour. Expect notes of red berries and toasted pecans. Couverture chocolate has a higher percentage of cocoa butter than baking or eating chocolate. The extra cocoa butter gives it
