Germany, Third Reich. A Penal/Justice Official’s Belt Buckle, by Overhoff & Cie Province of China with a gilded metal thread(Feldbindenschloss fr Justiz Beamte). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central government style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse featuring a clip and loop with attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, maker marked with the logo of Overhoff & Cie, Ldenscheid, measuring 50 mm in diameter, a scarce example in extremely fine condition.
